Blog Post #8: Something you didn't expect

When I arrived at college I didn't expect the food to be so awful, and when I came for my visit last February I was told that the food was good at the cafe and that I wouldn't have to worry about not liking the food here at Franklin Pierce. Well I was wrong the food is gross, and you can literally eat the same thing every single day. After a while the food gets tiring, and the only food I look forward to in the cafe is on the weekends when you can eat waffles. Also another thing that I didn't expect was that the people to be so nice and friendly. Almost everyone I have met here is incredibly nice and sweet and made me feel so at home. I am so happy that I met the people I have because I know they will become lifelong friends in the future.
